I’m honestly at the end of my rope with this. For the last few weeks, Credit Control has been bombarding me with nonstop calls and letters about a debt I’ve already questioned. Even when I’ve asked for things in writing or told them I’m disputing it, they just keep pushing. It’s gone beyond normal contact — it feels like full-on debt collection harassment at this point.

I know I’m not the only one dealing with this kind of pressure. It’s exhausting trying to keep track of what’s legal and what isn’t.
